1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the abg8 platform and all services operated under it. abg8 is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides various gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh, including slot games, live casino, cricket and football betting.

  • No individual may operate an account on behalf of a minor.

3 Account Registration

When creating an account at abg8, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false or incomplete information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and any bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

abg8 reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC) at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

abg8 currently processes transactions through widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Deposit Conditions

Deposited funds will be returned only to the account from which they were deposited. Deposits made through third parties are not permitted. Suspicious transactions may be cancelled or held for investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (meaning you must wager 10 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer must be used within the specified validity period.
  • A bonus may only be claimed once — taking advantage of the same offer multiple times is prohibited.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
  • If misuse of any promotional offer is detected, the relevant bonus and winnings may be cancelled.
  • abg8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Our VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can progressively advance to higher tiers by staying regularly active and playing.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on abg8 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which should be read carefully before starting the game.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology or via a live dealer. No abg8 staff member may interfere with game results. If a game result is affected by a technical error, abg8 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specified minimum and maximum bet limits. Betting limits are displayed on the game page. abg8 reserves the right to set or change the betting limits for any user.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds and terms set for the specific match will apply. It may not be possible to change or cancel a bet after a match has started. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet will be refunded or settled in accordance with abg8 policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abg8 platform. Violating these rules will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and the associated funds may be forfeited:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Misusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).
  • Playing games through hacking, software exploitation or automated tools.
  • Attempting to manipulate the result of any game.
  • Harassing, defrauding or causing harm to other users.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in using the platform.
abg8 monitors all suspicious activities and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

abg8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Prolonged inactivity.

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

Any user may voluntarily close their account. Please contact the support team to do so. Withdraw any outstanding funds before closing the account.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
